Group Ticket Policy

Question: What is Esotouric's policy on groups riding our regular bus tours?

Answer: Sometimes we are approached by groups of eight or more people wishing to purchase a block of seats on one of our regularly scheduled tours. It is our pleasure to offer a group discount when all seats are paid for with a single check.

However, there are a few things that groups should be aware of before booking passage on the Esotouric bus. These policies have been developed to ensure that every passenger has the best possible experience once they board.

If you are thinking about bringing your friends, family or co-workers aboard for a group outing, kindly read on, and ensure that the event described meets your expectations. Should you have any questions about our policies, simply email us or call 323-223-2767.

No matter how large your group is, if you have not paid to book the entire bus it is not appropriate to treat the bus as a private venue. There should be no need for conversations, telephone calls or other noisy distractions while the tour guide is speaking.

The bus driver cannot extend the departure time for late arriving group members, nor can special stops be made during the tour for your party.

We cannot permit groups to consume alcoholic beverages on the bus, or to behave in a rowdy fashion that distracts passengers from the tour's narrative.

Whenever a large group of tickets have been removed from sale for a group, we regret there are no refunds.
